My artwork is influenced by the world around me and sharing my artist life between North Wales and Spain means constant changes of light and colours. Searching for shade from the relentless Spanish sun whilst painting en plein air or huddled in layers of thick jumpers sketching the sea and mountains of my Welsh home are very different experiences which then always reflect in my paintings
