Life As We See it - ArtFArts

ArtFArts are a group of former students that attended mixed media classes at Castle Park Arts Centre with artist Midge, which helped us all explore working with different media and further develop our unique skills and styles. It was during this time we developed a longer term friendship. We have continued to meet regularly for art trips and creative evenings where we make art together and share experiences. Sadly, in 2023, we lost one of our members of the group, Maggie Wheeler, who was a prolific painter and dear friend to all of us. It was Maggie who named the group, thus we decided to hold this exhibition in memory of her. The exhibition brings together an eclectic mix of work from our creative endeavours including works from Maggie.
