‘Exploring the natural world in watercolours’ - Jane Beech

Jane beech is an Artist, illustrator and Art tutor, having worked in industry, for Cheshire County Council and Chester Zoo as well as teaching in Adult Education for some years, locally in Frodsham, Chester, Mold, the Wirral and further afield, teaching in Residential Colleges most recently at Higham Hall in the Lake District.

Influenced by her natural environment, finding inspiration from broad landscapes to features within it, be it Animals, birds, buildings and all aspects of nature which she captures in Watercolours and sometimes Pen and wash . She firmly believes anyone can learn to paint and draw given the right building blocks and enjoys passing on her love of both.
