Ten for Tin by the Modern Quilt Special Interest Group of the Quilters Guild of Great Britain

 This is an exhibition by the Modern Quilt Group, in celebration of the Group's 10th anniversary in 2024.

Members were each given 2 squares of cotton fabric, one brightly coloured, the other silver, to represent the metal tin, and invited to make a celebratory mini quilt measuring 10 x10 inches. Participants were free to interpret the theme of 'Ten for Tin' in any way they chose, as long as the tin-coloured fabric and bright colours were used.

 This exhibition features a selection of these mini quilts, and makes a colourful and fascinating display, reflecting the broad range of design and quilting talent and imagination of the Group's members.

 Ten for Tin is an exhibition of work from the Modern Quilt Group, a Special Interest Group of the Quilters Guild of Great Britain.
