In 2026, Castle Park Arts Centre marks its 40th year — four decades of free exhibitions, community workshops, courtyard concerts and a café that's become the beating heart of Frodsham life.
ART GALLERY EXHIBITION SPACES FOR HIRE
We are open to applications from local, regional, international or emerging artists to be part of our annual arts exhibition programme. The arts centre provide 5 gallery spaces of varying sizes for hire which is ideal for both small or larger exhibitions.
Prices start from £100 to £300 for a 6 week period depending on choice of gallery. Commission is 30% on sales. Please note that there is a selection process for all applications for art exhibitions.

Whether you are at the start of your career or an established artist looking for a space to promote and sell your work or a group wanting to hold a showcase, Castle Park Arts Centre welcomes proposals for exhibitions from all skill levels with spaces to suit many disciplines.
The Arts Centre seeks to provide exhibition opportunities for artists at different stages of their creative development whilst maintaining a high-quality and engaging programme. Exhibition applications will be assessed against artistic quality, technical skill, conceptual strength, audience engagement, and suitability for the allocated gallery space.
What is included in exhibition fee:
- Hire of the selected gallery space for 6 weeks (Hanging on Monday, Takedown last Saturday afternoon)
- Promotion of your exhibition on our website, social media (Facebook & Instagram) and newsletter
- Individual profile on our Artist page on the website
- Meet The Artist evening on the first Friday, open to the public and artists are welcome to invite their own audience for a viewing. A bar is provided and a free drink provided for all attendees.
We have put together a useful guide that talks you through the process of submitting and holding an exhibition here at the centre, including helpful hints and tips about completing a proposal, curating your exhibition and promoting your work.
ROOM HIRE
However did you know that we hire out the Galleries in the daytime and evenings for workshops, meetings, meditation and art groups? Some of our spaces are equipped with TV's, Projectors/Screens, Microphones & Sound equipment for use.
We also have a number of rooms which can be hired out day or night which are ideal for small to large group meetings, counselling, individual tuition.
Prices for hiring the smallest room is £26.00 per half day or £31.00 per evening.
Hire of the larger gallery spaces are £36.00 per half day or £41.00 at night.
All evening meetings are to be finished and cleared by 10pm.

COURTYARD UNITS
Occasionally we have spaces become available in our beautiful courtyard units - opportunities will be advertised here and on our social media as and when they come up so please follow if you are interested.
