Loosen up, be creative and expressive with mark making. I will teach you how to approach a painting, how to interpret images, and how to think differently about painting. We will look at how composition has such a great effect on the finished painting and how value plays a key role.

Landscape painting with Light, Energy and Movement.!!!

Pastels and papers supplied, but if you have pastels you can bring your own too as colours are limited.  You will need to bring watercolour or inks etc for the underpainting/brushes, palette, waterpot and an old towel to cover the desk.

Bring a desk easel, drawing board and masking tape.

You will need to bring your lunch and refreshments although there is a cafe at the Arts Centre.
