Write for Growth

Research is increasingly confirming what many have discovered:  Writing is good for you.  It can support your well-being, enhance your development and help grow your creativity.

No previous experience is needed, just writing materials, plus a desire to write and discover where words might take you.  We enjoy discussing our responses to the exercises, but you do not have to share what you have written unless you wish.

Next workshop here - 21st October 2017
