Louise Barson
About
Louise Barson's paintings incorporate her love of nature and of uplifting, inspiring colour. Her new Treevolution series uses stylised trees as metaphors for our basic human desires for connection, visibility and belonging. Each painting in this series is accompanied by a short story. Having previously exhibited at Stockport Art Gallery, Wolfgang Webster Art Gallery and Home Art Gallery in Manchester Louise recently won a “Highly Commended” Award in the Castle Park Arts Centre annual Open Exhibition and she has received an #SBS Award for her art business from Theo Paphitis.
