Helen Culleton

About

Helen studied Fine Art at the University of Chester for three years, graduating in November 2015 and whilst there, established a love for capturing nature through painting.

Helen continues to work towards developing her own style and unique way of portraying rural landscapes

Helen’s work revolves around the importance of colour and texture; using various techniques and materials to exaggerate these elements. Using mainly acrylic and oils, Helen creates her paintings quite spontaneously and seeks to “evoke a feeling of abstraction, and portray scenes in a distinct manner to allow the viewer to share my vision.”

Since she last exhibited at Castle Park, Helen has received numerous commissions for her landscape work and was particularly excited to be approached by London Magazine to request one of her landscape paintings for the magazine cover.
