Reflections Project - FREE Glass Workshop
Castle Park Arts Centre would like to invite visitors and volunteers to the centre to participate in this free glass workshop as part of the Reflections project. The work created from the workshop will form part of the new glass installation in the gardens in autumn this year.
This is a brilliant opportunity to experience and learn new techniques used in glassmaking.
What is the Reflections Project?
This is a socially engaged art project funded by the Council that provides the communities of Cheshire to reflect upon the impact of COVID-19 on their lives during the pandemic. Cheshire West and Chester recognise the importance of communities, culture and belonging and wish to explore new and different perspectives which reflect community responses to COVID-19 in the Borough as part of a cultural programme that aims to provide spaces to reflect and opportunities to share their experiences.
The workshop is designed to articulate responses that encourage social interaction and opportunities to enable deeper community engagement and creativity.
