Seas and Trees Workshop with Les Darlow

Join me Les Darlow, for an expressive workshop using pastel and mixed media, where we embrace the fluidity and boldness of impressionism and creative painting.  Focussing on TREES and SEAS, this hands-on experience encourages you to liberate your creativity through dynamic mark-making techniques, allowing your unique artistic voice to shine.  Delve into the fundamentals of composition, depth, and movement, moving beyond the constraints of copying photographs to develop a more intuitive and spontaneous approach to your art.  Discover the joy of creating vivid, emotive works that capture the essence of your subjects with freedom ad confidence.

I will supply your pastels and papers, but I suggest if you have pastels to bring your own too, I have limited colours obviously.  You will need to bring some watercolours or inks etc for the underpainting, brushes, palette, waterpot and an old towel to cover the desk.  Bring a desk easel, drawing board and masking tape.  

You will need to bring your lunch but tea and coffee will be supplied.
